Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the purchase and use of the digital products sold by JD Apps, the trade name of José Davi Cruz Ribeiro ("we", "us"). By purchasing or accessing any product, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell subscription-based access to digital applications, software and exclusive content platforms, delivered as web and mobile apps hosted in the cloud. No physical goods are sold or shipped. Product descriptions, prices and, where applicable, subscription terms are shown on each sales page and at checkout.

2. Access and account

After payment, access is sent to the email address entered at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid email and for keeping your login private. Access is personal and may not be shared, resold or transferred.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for private, non-commercial purposes. Copying, redistributing, publishing or reselling any content, in whole or in part, is prohibited and may result in termination of access without refund.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Prices are charged in the currency displayed at checkout through third-party payment processors. Subscription products renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. See our Billing & Statements and Refund & Cancellation pages for details.

5. Use of the apps

Our apps are provided for personal entertainment and productivity use. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access it without authorization, reverse engineer it or interfere with its operation. A compatible device and internet connection are required and are your responsibility.

6. Availability

We work to keep our apps available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or reorganize content to keep it current.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the content.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page, with its update date, applies to purchases made from that date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
